This is absolutely brilliant. I can't think of a better way to drive someone absolutely insane. And the creators are right, "it's very effective at disturbing that guy in the sales department or your "friend" down the hall." Or your parents.
i would think it great for the in-laws, except Mr. In-Law can't hear above a certain tone--too much time in the ole' submarine. Seriously!
But it is unusually cruel, don't you think? As if people didn't have enough to be annoyed about in this noisy world, we gotta give them an inconsistent beep that drives them mad. Devious!
